As a qualified A1 Assessor, I am able to deliver BTech's in SAFER DRIVING for all newly qualified drivers. This is a new qualification which is hotly tipped to eventually replace the Pass Plus scheme and is highly regarded by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) as an important qualification for new drivers.
The BTech requires very little extra work and is mostly done in-car during normal lessons. To complete the BTech, the following must be completed:
- Pass the Driving Test
- 1 Driving assessment to show evidence of driving knowledge (Done in-car with myself during the motorway lesson)
- Motorway Lesson
- BTech workbook which involves:
- Answer some more detailed Show Me Tell Me questions
- Answer Driving Impact questions
- Copies of Driving Licence
Once all the above is complete, a folder is posted to the BTech office and a certificate will be sent to all successful candidates.
